Procurement of a framework agreement for estate agency services for Lillehammer, Øyer, and Gausdal Municipalities (LØG) with associated companies that have their service areas within area, building, and property.
The service areas' core assignments are the management of properties, development and sale of municipal ground, procurement of ground for municipal purposes, and assistance with the development of private ground through development contracts.
The units must be active initiators for development in the respective municipalities by seeing to political guidelines in accordance with the housing policy plan and other municipal plans, developing areas for building houses, businesses, and other public purposes, entering into development contracts, and coordinating development project, buying and selling property, managing and renting out properties, clearing up polluted ground and carrying out environmental measures, and contributing to an attractive town and rural areas.
The property portfolio in the municipalities consists of both developed and undeveloped properties, such as housing, commercial (including property limited companies/AS), recreational areas, roads, properties developed for recreation, and other types of real estate developed for different purposes, for example, for industry/business, arts, and public purposes such as schools and nurseries. This varied portfolio means that the municipalities need to join up with different types of estate agency services through a framework agreement.
The framework agreement will cover the following services:
Estate agency, sales and procurements.
Consultancy services for the procurement, sale and possibly rent of properties.
Development areas for building houses.
Market searches.
Appraisals and estimates of values.
The list is not exhaustive.
