This is a framework agreement with single-award purchase orders with no minimum or maximum placed under a tendering procedure whose purpose is the supply and delivery of food for the community catering services (mainly municipal canteen) of the community.
This consultation is broken down into nine batches.
Grocery store (salty and sweet)Candidates will have to offer biscuit type products as well as snacks, and various products such as dried fruits, coffee, tea, jams, milk, cereals, chocolate, spices, etc.
Fresh and cooked meats, cold cutsApplicants will have to offer fresh and cooked meats and cold cuts.
PoultryCandidates will be required to present duck, turkey, chicken and rabbit meat.
Fresh fishCandidates will have to propose fresh fish (sea bream fillet, salmon...).
Frozen products/caterersApplicants will have to offer frozen appetizers, raw frozen vegetables, frozen cooked vegetables, frozen fish, frozen meats, frozen desserts and pastries, various frozen products (hamburger, lasagna, french fries, etc.).
Candidates will also have to offer catering products (fresh pizza, fresh tagliatelle, vegetable dumplings, etc.).
Dairy products/creamery and egg productsApplicants will have to offer yoghurts, entremets, butter and fat, milk and cream, egg products, whole boiled cheese, grated cheeses.
Bakers and pastriesCandidates will have to offer bread and other bakery products (croissants,...).
Fruits and vegetablesApplicants will have to propose fresh fruits and vegetables.
“Organic” Fruits and VegetablesCandidates will have to propose organic fruits and vegetables.
