The purpose of the tender is to contract a maximum of six (6) engineering firms spread over two lots for the necessary engineering services for the dry infrastructure within the Port Industrial Complex.
The engineering services to be provided mainly relate to the following types of objects, where combinations are also possible:
1. Wegconstructies;
2. Civil constructions;
3. Landscaping;
4. Water management;
5. Cables & pipes;
6. Other: such as electrical engineering services.
The above description is not exhaustive.
In addition to the engineering services required for the above-mentioned scope, project-related engineering and consultancy work may also be requested, for example in the field of safety,
sustainability, knowledge building, modelling, monitoring (data analysis / sensoring), inspections, nitrogen, EIA and consultancy work in the context of the energy transition, including electrical engineering and process technology.
MultidisciplinaryThis lot 1 is particularly suitable for the more complex issues related to dry infrastructure and for purchasing K&L expertise in the context of the energy transition. PoR can rely on a multidisciplinary partner with a professional team of experts who respond flexibly to varied issues.
Multidisciplinary, complex and/or large projects, such as large-scale (civil) technical adjustments and new (road) infrastructure, viaducts, (adjustments for) pipeline routes. In these types of projects, there are relatively many interfaces and often multiple stakeholders.
MonodisciplinairDue to the single scope with regard to the dry infrastructure, this lot 2 will be more suitable for engineering firms that, as a flexible partner, take on projects efficiently and effectively and can therefore switch quickly at competitive rates.
Monodisciplinary projects, such as adjustments to road infrastructure, site issues with entrances and utility connections, small-scale (civil) technical adjustments. In these types of projects, there are relatively few interfaces and few stakeholders.
