The subject of this contract is the design and execution of construction works and carrying out the Service for the Investment service entitled: "Construction of a source of high-efficiency gas cogeneration with a capacity of 8 MWe and 7.6 MWt in Tarnobrzeg - GUK II". The Contractor shall provide a Guarantee for Construction Works. The subject of the contract, in addition to the design and execution of construction works, is also the service of inspection and repair guaranteeing the maintenance of each generation unit in full readiness for operation, for a period of 24 months. The Contractor, regardless of granting the Guarantee for Construction Works, also provides a guarantee for the Website.
