Maintaining cleanliness and care of greenery in the territory of Ostrów Mazowiecka. Details in SWZ.

1. The object of the order is: Maintaining cleanliness and greenery in the territory of Ostrów Mazowiecka.

2. The following tasks shall be included in the scope of the work subject to the contract:

1) Task I: Omiatanie and clearing streets, walking and bicycle lanes and pavements in the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;

2) Task II: Removal of impurities from garbage cans set up in the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;

3) Task III: Decorating the city;

4) Task IV: Casing the escarpments of viaducts and melioration ditches;

5) Task V: Forging weeds and grasses from road lanes;

6) Task VI: Care of greenery in the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;

7) Task VII: Care of greenery in the park above the city pond at 3 May Street;

8) Task VIII: Current maintenance of roads of the municipal and internal category in the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka;

9) Task IX: Winter maintenance of roadways of streets, sidewalks, parking lots, squares, bicycle paths and walking and bicycle hauls in the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka.

3. Detailed terms of the Contractor's duties and rights shall be defined by: Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as' SOPZ '), Annexes 1 to 6 to the SOPZ and the template of the contract.

4. The Contracting Authority recommends that a local vision be carried out in the field in order to properly prepare the offer and the proper execution of the order. The costs of making a local vision will be borne by the Contractor

Each Contractor submitting an offer shall be accompanied by: Single European Contractor Document (JEDZ), Statement of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract (if applicable), Power of Attorney (if applicable), Original of the defect document in surety or guarantees ( if applicable) and the obligation of third parties to put the necessary resources at their disposal (applies only when the Contractor relies on the capacity or situation of other entities under the principles laid down in Article 118 of the P.z.p Act). The Contractor who relies on the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and to fulfil the conditions for participation in the proceedings, to the extent that their resources are relied upon, shall also submit the Single European Procurement Documents of those entities.
