The services include posters for a full year, if applicable renewable, in Flanders, every month on the designated signs along the motorways and regional roads, during 12 campaigns conducted by the Flemish Region.
These signs are owned by the Flemish Region. These are so-called VIA SECURA signs of approximately 3.60m wide by 2.40m high. These signs are set up at a variable height, (approximately 2 meters to 3 meters) above the ground, in the flat side verges and / or on the embankments. The total number of signs and their location is shown in the detailed inventory attached to this specification.
Before the start of each year, the contractor receives an overview calendar with the posting periods and deadlines. This clearly indicates when the posting must begin. For one sticking period, the contractor is given one week (7 calendar days) to plaster all signs in Flanders, starting from the first Monday of the month. The posters will be delivered the Wednesday before the start of the posting period to an address of the contractor's choice.
The invoicing is shared with the Flemish Foundation for Traffic Engineering (VSV). 6 campaigns are invoiced to AWV and 6 campaigns to the VSV, according to the prices that apply through this specification.
