Following the dismissal of the previous consultation (22drh01), the Sagpc makes a reminder for the group contract with compulsory membership allows all staff to benefit from complementary social protection in health (medical, surgical and hospitalization expenses). The staff guaranteed under this contract is composed of the following college(s): All salaried staff (Permanent Contract and Fixed-Term Contracts of 3 months or more). Employees with short-term fixed-term employment contracts (less than 3 minus) may be exempted from joining the collective mutual insurance company in compliance with the legal provisions. Only guaranteed staff members will be beneficiaries of the benefits provided for in this contract. For the reimbursement of expenses incurred, they may also request the affiliation of their beneficiaries, within the limits of the services provided for in the Special Conditions.
