The Authority requires a consultant to undertake the management and monitoring of two contracts.

1) The Authority is undertaking a programme to transform its entire estate to provide modern ‘fit for purpose’ facilities that will support the requirements of operational policing across North Yorkshire. A capital programme to inform investment decisions has been implemented. The management of this programme of works will comprise one aspect of this work.

2) Full performance managing and monitoring of a Measured Term Maintenance (MTM) contractor.
