The subject of the contract is: Delivery, assembly and commissioning of the pellet preparation node as part of the project "Modernization of the material preparation and forming node in the experimental and production installation for the preparation of catalysts and ceramic carriers". A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR: Technical Specification No. TD-PR-07. The minimum required warranty period for the delivered aggregate is: 24 months from the date of commissioning.

The subject of the contract is: Delivery, assembly and commissioning of the pellet preparation node as part of the project "Modernization of the material preparation and forming node in the experimental and production installation for the preparation of catalysts and ceramic carriers" The scope of delivery includes: 1. Complete pellet preparation node, internal pipelines and connections between individual system devices in accordance with this technical specification, enabling the achievement of the required technical parameters described by the Employer as well as assembly, commissioning and training of the crew. The devices included in the node: - station for feeding raw materials from big-bags to the weighing tank with the necessary equipment, feeders, pipelines, etc. - one piece, - a container with a micro-dispenser and a differential balance with necessary equipment, feeders, pipelines, etc. - one piece, - weighing tank mounted on strain gauges with a slide with the necessary equipment - one piece, - demineralized water tank with the necessary equipment and piping - one piece, - kneader - one piece, - granulator with a set of exchangeable nets - one one piece, - screw feeder for the granulator - one piece, - drying room with the necessary equipment - one piece,

- sifter - one piece, - dedusting installation with an air filtering device, - mobile storage containers for: specific fraction, sub-grain and oversize granulate - 15 pieces, weight after kneading machine - 5 pieces. 2. Installation, commissioning and training of the crew. 3. Unusual tools necessary for commissioning, service or repair of equipment. 4. Technical documentation - 3 sets in Polish in printed form, 1 set in Polish in electronic form containing: - technological and measuring diagram, electrical supply and control system, - data on the design and implementation of foundations for the superstructure, - list of spare parts, - documentation of all devices included in the system including: construction, principles of operation, maintenance and repair. 5. Supply of tool software for handling and programming used PLCs, inverters, automation source code with comments and description along with the license. 6. Delivery of goods to the INS Puławy warehouse - Incoterms 2010 DDP. 7.
