The subject of the award is the entire publishing support of the development policy journals "Development and Cooperation" (D+C) and the English-language twin edition "Development and Cooperation" (D+C) (print edition, e-paper) including editing, production, Internet presence, social media, podcast, sales and dispatch, purchaser address maintenance and reader correspondence, advertising and supplement business as well as subscriber management.

Engagement Global is the editor of the development policy journals "Development and Cooperation" (D+C) and the English-language twin issue "Development and Cooperation" (D+C). The print editions are published bimonthly. The German and English editions of an e-paper are published monthly. The associated bilingual website www.dandc.eu is updated daily, supplemented by a comprehensive social media offer (facebook, twitter). Now a podcast will also be offered.

The object of the award is the entire publishing support of the magazines (print edition, e-paper) including editing, production, Internet presence, social media, podcast, distribution and shipping, purchaser address maintenance and reader correspondence, advertising and supplement business as well as subscriber management. Engagement Global remains editor of the journals. The term of the contract is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2023 and end on December 31, 2024.Engagement Global has the unilateral right (the option) to extend the contract once for a further 2 years (until the end of 2026).

Due to limited human resources and in the interest of the most efficient service delivery process, Engagement Global is dependent on cooperation with a contractor who can offer all services from a single source and is available as the solely responsible contact person.

With regard to the print editions of D+C and E+Z, the above-mentioned services refer to 12 issues in 2 years (44 pages per issue including cover) plus a one-time approximately 8 pages of annual table of contents. In recent years, the print run rate for D+C has been around 6200/issue and for D+C around 12000/issue. Engagement Global guarantees a minimum purchase quantity of 5000 copies D+C and 10000 copies D+C per issue.
