Cleaning services in the building of the Ministry of Climate and Environment and the outdoor area around the building.

Estimated value of the contract with a term of 30 months: PLN 3,000,000.00 net; The estimated value of the contract taking into account the right of option, i.e. increasing to 35% of the area indicated for cleaning and washing windows - PLN 4,050,000.00 net.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for its implementation are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which forms the model contract together with the Annexes.

The subject of the contract are cleaning services in the building of the Ministry of Climate and Environment and the outdoor area around the building, in particular including:

1) cleaning by the Cleaning Service and the Daily Service of the Office Part and the Tenant Part, with a total area of 15,360 m2, along with the ongoing replenishment of hygiene products and articles;

2) cleaning of the Outdoor Area and the Outdoor Car Park, with a total area of 4,400 m2, and in winter also snow removal, snow cutting, ice forging and sprinkling with sand or biologically neutral means to sprinkle the pavement to remove ice of the Outdoor Area excluding lawns in such a way that they are free of snow and ice at all times;

3) taking care of the potted flowers located in the Building in the halls, conference rooms, in the offices of the Ministry's management and in all rooms and areas for common use;

4) 5 times during the term of the Agreement cleaning and securing with stone preparations the floor in the main hall and on the ground floor of the Building with an area of 225 m2;

5) snow removal of a part of the Outdoor Car Park with an area of 500 m2 in the winter season in accordance with the demand reported by the Ordering Party, up to 15 times during the term of the Agreement;

6) 5 times during the term of the Agreement (spring, autumn) washing of windows with insulating glass together with window sills, frames and frames in the Building (one-sided glass area is 2 320 m2; the entire window cleaning area: 5 x 4 640 m2);

7) 5 times during the term of the Agreement (spring, autumn) washing of the glass ceiling (one-sided area is about 16.5 m2; the entire window cleaning area: 5 x 33 m2) located in the main hall of the building;

8) additional cleaning of windows with insulating glass together with window sills, frames and frames in the Building with a glass cleaning area of up to 2,200 m2 and washing the glass ceiling with an area of 33 m2, in accordance with the demand reported by the Ordering Party;

9) washing carpets and furniture upholstery in the Building with an area of up to 3,500 m2, in accordance with the demand reported by the Ordering Party;

10) cleaning of Business Apartments with an area of up to 600 m2, in accordance with the demand reported by the Ordering Party;

11) removal of icicles hanging from the roof of the Building and snow overhangs on sections threatening passers-by, along with securing the area and removing snow – up to 800 m, in accordance with the demand reported by the Ordering Party;

12) snow removal of the roof of the Building or its part, with an area of up to 4,500 m2, along with securing the area and removing snow, in accordance with the demand reported by the Ordering Party.
