1. The subject of the order is to perform maintenance repairs to the P4 internal combustion rail buses of type 214Mb series SA135-017 and SA135-018 and type 222M vehicle SA222-001 series.
2. The order was divided into 2 tasks:
1) Task No 1 includes maintenance repairs to the P4 of two 214Mb series rail buses SA135-017 and SA135-018,
2) Task No 2 includes the performance of maintenance maintenance repairs to P4 bus type 222M-001 series 222M-001.

1. In all the records of the SWZ and its annexes where the Contracting Authority refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101 (4) of the Pzp Act, the application of equivalent solutions, standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems as indicated in the SWZ and the annexes. Where equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor shall be obliged to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the technical parameters offered in respect of the subject of the contract.
2. The detailed method of execution of the contract is set out in the Designed provisions of the Agreement, as set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ and in the Annexes to the Designed provisions of the Agreement.
3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor and subcontractor (in case the Contractor entrusts part of the contract to the subcontractor) carry out the order of employees employed under the contract of employment for the activities indicated in § 2 of the Designed contract provisions of Annex No 8 to SWZ. The method of documenting the employment of employees, the Contracting Authority's authority to control compliance with requirements by the Contractor and sanctions for failure to comply with certain requirements are contained in the Designed Agreement provisions of Annex 8 to the SWZ.
4. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be provided by the Contractor who has a quality management system in place based on ISO 9001 and IRIS (ISO/TS 22163).
5. If welding works are necessary, the Ordering Party shall require that the Contractor present a certificate and a list of qualified personnel enabling welding in accordance with PN-EN 15085:2.
6. The Contracting Authority shall require for each entire rail bus (excluding power units and monobloc wheels) after repairing at P4 maintenance level a guarantee for a period of at least 18 months, from the date of the signing of the Commission Protocol for the receipt of the rail bus concerned.
7. The Contracting Authority requires the fulfillment of the order by 30 September 2022.
8. The Contracting Authority shall require the maintenance level of P4 of each rail bus within a period of not more than 55 calendar days, counting from the date of transfer of the rail bus for repair.
