The purpose of this contract is to grant compensation in addition to the benefits paid by the basic Social Security scheme to employees governed by private law, their spouse or dependent children, in the event of medical, surgical or hospital expenses, within the limits of the guarantee amounts set out in the tables annexed to the CCTP, and at most in the cost actually incurred by the beneficiaries.
