Fortis Living was seeking to appoint 1 suitable supplier, who has the appropriate skills, equipment, track-record and management capability to deliver and manage a window cleaning programme across our full area (throughout Worcestershire and Herefordshire) throughout the next 5 years. No subcontracting not location selection was permitted. Across our full area we have, currently 229 blocks requiring cleaning, some of these require more or less action.

The successful party was able to clean all external glazing from the outside, these varied from 2 storeys up to 12 storeys high-rise blocks. These 12 storey blocks and experience of delivering similar was a critical factors throughout the decision making process.
