The city of Warendorf is planning and realizing the construction of a new rescue station and a fire brigade equipment house. The building plot is located in an industrial park in Warendorf on the “Am Holzbach” street. The available, partially built-up property area is approx. 11,500 sqm and is located on an approx. 25,690 sqm urban area, on which, in addition to the existing rescue and fire station, the intermunicipal construction depot of the city and the district of Warendorf is located is located. The fire brigade equipment house and the ambulance station on the property are to be dismantled and removed. The property is in the area of the legally binding development plan 2.15 "Industrial area north of Splieterstraße between Schembach and Am Salzgraben".
The architectural services for this project were the subject of a planning competition that has now been concluded, the 1st prize winner of which has already been commissioned with the planning of buildings and interiors.
The subject of the present procurement procedure is the specialist planning for the structural engineering service profile. The award procedure comprises the service phases 1 to 6, whereby a step-by-step commissioning is planned (for more details see section II.2.11)).
