1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of solar systems and photovoltaic cells in selected locations in the city of Siemianowice Śląskie as part of the investment task: Supply and installation of renewable energy sources, as part of a project co-financed by the ERDF (RPO WSL 2014-2020) : "Sunny Siemianowice. Promotion and construction of renewable energy sources in Siemianowice Śląskie "
2. The order was divided into 2 (two) Lots.
2.1. Lot 1 of the contract: 'Słoneczne Siemianowice. Promotion and construction of renewable energy sources in Siemianowice Śląskie - supply and installation of solar installations. "
2.2. Lot 2 of the contract: 'Słoneczne Siemianowice. Promotion and construction of renewable energy sources in Siemianowice Śląskie - supply and assembly of photovoltaic (PV) installations. "
1. The subject of Part 1 of the contract under the implementation of the project 'Słoneczne Siemianowice. Promotion and construction of renewable energy sources in Siemianowice Śląskie - supply and installation of solar installations' is the delivery and installation of solar installations.
In 33 locations, a total of 84 solar collectors are planned to be divided into two sets of solar installations.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix 3a to the ToR.
3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Contract (Appendix 4a to the ToR).

1. The subject of Lot 2 of the contract as part of the project 'Słoneczne Siemianowice. Promotion and construction of renewable energy sources in Siemianowice Śląskie - supply and installation of solar installations (PV) ”is the supply and installation of solar installations (PV).
It is planned to install 1,432 photovoltaic panels in 92 locations. The total power of all installations will be 365.16 kW.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix 3b to the ToR.
3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Contract (Appendix No. 4b to the ToR).
