The regional school north in Neubrandenburg is a complex consisting of three buildings of the type POS SR 80 Dresden. The individual buildings each represent self-contained structures that are neither structurally nor structurally dependent on each other. The building parts were erected in reinforced concrete slab construction with ceiling-bearing outer and inner longitudinal walls in the construction "WBS 70 G, GH 3300" (former GDR construction).
