New construction of the rescue station Döbeln, object planning building according to §§ 34 ff. HOAI 2013, LPH 1 - 9, stepwise commissioning

The District Office of Central Saxony intends to build the new rescue station Döbeln, Mastener Str. 15 in 04720 Döbeln.

Total cost framework (KG 200-500): currently approx. EUR 3.4 million gross, construction costs (KG 300+400): approx. EUR 2.86 million gross

The client (Client) intends to commission the service phases (Lph) 1 to 9 of the service object planning buildings and interiors according to HOAI § 34 ff. in conjunction with Annex 10. The assignment is carried out in stages. At the end of the negotiated procedure, the performance phases 1-3 are contractually commissioned for the time being. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all service phases. Likewise, there is no legal entitlement to further commissioning after the first performance phases. Performance phase 8 is expected to be completed by the end of December 2026.
