Lot 20 Heating, ventilation, plumbing and building automation
Two new two-field sports halls are being built, each consisting of two single-field sports halls stacked on top of each other. Each two-field sports hall essentially consists of:
Hall with 2 playing fields on top of each other, changing and social area (2-fold), directing/1st aid room (2-fold), technical rooms as well as storage and ancillary rooms.
The following scope of services is provided for each two-field sports hall:
Waste water system made of PE / PP pipes DN 50 - DN 125 with 5 downpipes with approx. 350 m, drinking water pipe system made of stainless steel DN 12 - DN 40 with 5 flow dividers with approx. 950 m, 1 flushing station, 2 urinal systems, 28 washbasin systems (5 of which are barrier-free), 11 toilet facilities (3 of which are barrier-free), 11 shower systems (5 of which are barrier-free), 1 sink systems.
The heat supply (including pressure maintenance) of the sports hall is provided by the district heating network of Stadtwerke Leipzig.
The following heating circuits are provided:
-1 static heating circuit, flow temperature controlled, sports floor heating lower hall,
-1 static heating circuit, flow temperature controlled, sports floor heating upper hall,
-1 static heating circuit, flow temperature controlled, underfloor heating,
-1 static heating circuit, flow temperature controlled, radiators,
-1 dynamic heating circuit, 2 heating coils central ventilation units.
The heating pipes from the district heating service room to the central office as well as the heating pipes within the central office are welded as black steel pipes (approx. 150 m). Heating pipes in the building are made of carbon steel (approx. 550m). Space heating is provided by underfloor heating, approx. 450 m² and 7 radiators.
Interim heating is provided by 2 air heaters including connecting pipes.
The air heaters must be dismantled after the end of use.
A central ventilation unit and a reheating coil are provided:
-RLT 01 - sports hall + social/storage and ancillary rooms, 6,840 m3/h, compact unit supply/exhaust air, with counterflow heat exchanger, hot water heating register, installation in ventilation centre on the 3rd floor,
-Reheating register social/storage and ancillary rooms, 3,080 m3/h, installation in air duct in ventilation center on the 3rd floor.
Natural ventilation of a technical room (SiBel).
Supply and exhaust air duct system with 3 risers:
-approx. 540 m² air duct rectangular, steel verz.,
-approx. 220 m air duct round, steel verz..
Air outlets:
-42 Tellerventile,
-18 Drallauslässe,
-12 Diffusionsgitter (ballwurfsicher),
-3 ventilation grilles,
-2 round weather screens,
-2 Lamellenhauben.
Regeleinrichtungen:
-4 variable Volumenstromregler,
-30 constant flow controllers.
Silencer:
-36 Rohrschalldämpfer,
-9 Kulissenschalldämpfer.
Fire dampers:
-13 engine. Brandschutzklappen 230 V,
-7 fire dampers with fusible solder, 1 tbsp.
Construction of a building automation system according to ISO EN 16484-3 consisting of management, automation and field level.
Development of 2 automation focal points with approx. 235 physics. I/O functions and approximately 235 common I/O functions.

Cabling:
-approx. 1,600 m J-H(ST)H up to 4x2x0.8 mm²,

-approx. 1,700 m HSLCH-OZ up to 7 x 2.5 mm².
Plant automation of the following MEP systems:
-RLT 01 - sports hall + social/storage and ancillary rooms,
-Reheating register social/storage and ancillary rooms,
-5 heating circuits.
Construction of a BSK-BUS control system with connection of approx. 20 fire dampers.
