Insofar as neither the pace, nor the extent, nor the nature of the interventions can be determined precisely, use of the split market in the form of a market with purchase orders (articles L. 2125-1-1º, R 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code). Over the initial contract period (i.e. twelve months) the amounts are as follows:

- lot nº 1 - West agency - minimum: 700,000 EUR HT and maximum: 2,000,000 EUR HT;

- lot nº 2 - South agency - minimum: 700,000 EUR HT and maximum: 2,000,000 EUR HT;

- lot nº 3 - East agency - minimum: 850,000 EUR HT and maximum: 3,500,000 EUR HT;

- lot nº 4 - business premises - minimum: without and maximum: 900,000 EUR excl.

BC notified as needed. The final amount of the contract will depend on the number of services actually performed.
