The total performance advertised will be awarded in 5 lots:
- Lot 1: Framework agreement for the delivery of residual waste containers (including transponders);
- Lot 2: collection of residual waste (including container distribution, container change service and inventory maintenance);
- Lot 3: collection and transport of bulky waste and waste wood (including recycling of the waste wood);
- Lot 4: collection and transport of large electrical appliances;
- Lot 5: collection of green waste.
Framework agreement for the delivery of residual waste containers (including transponders)- Delivery of the residual waste containers (60 l, 120 l, 240 l and 1 100 l) required for the collection, including transponders, to a delivery point specified by the customer from October 2021 (including subsequent deliveries until December 31, 2024).
Collection of residual waste (including container distribution, container change service and inventory maintenance)- Assembly and distribution of the containers for the residual waste collection (delivered by lot 1 of the contractor) with a volume of 60 l, 120 l, 240 l and 1 100 l (including the position of the hardware and software for the identification system). The distribution of the containers at the collection points (households / businesses) must be completed by December 15th, 2021;
- Implementation of the container change service and container inventory maintenance (including management of a container pool);
- Use of an identification system to record the frequency of emptying when collecting residual waste;
- Carrying out container-based collection of residual waste on a 14-day emptying cycle (usually 26 discharges per year);
- The residual waste collected must be transported by the contractor to the delivery points specified by the client.
Collection and transport of bulky waste and waste wood (including recycling of waste wood)- Carrying out the collection of bulky waste and waste wood, which is to be recorded separately, on call in the collection system. The transfer must take place within 4 weeks after the AWB has sent the registration;
- Execution of so-called "express deliveries" for the household (collection within 3 working days after registration with the contractor);
- Carrying out the collection of bulky waste / waste wood at large residential complexes in the district of Göppingen (on separately agreed dates);
- The bulky waste collected must be transported by the contractor directly to the delivery points specified by the client;
- recovery of the waste wood collected by the contractor.
Collection and transportation of large electrical appliances- Implementation of the collection of electrical devices (usually free-standing devices; smaller devices (less than 50 cm edge length) must also be driven) on call in the collection system. The transfer must take place within 4 weeks after the AWB has sent the registration;
- The collected electrical devices are to be transported directly to a transfer point (according to ElektroG) of the contractor.
Collection of green waste- Implementation of the green cut collection (street collection with 5 collection dates per collection area per year). The waste is delivered to the green waste collection points in the Göppingen district.
