4. The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection, transport and management of municipal waste for the following entities:

4.2. Dr Anna Gostyńska Wolski Hospital Sp. z o. o. Kasprzaka 17, 01-211 Warsaw,

4.3. Rafał Masztak, PhD, Grochowski Hospital Grenadierów 51/59, 04-037 Warsaw

4.4. Praski Hospital of the Transfiguration of the Lord limited liability company,

Aleja Solidarności 67, 03-401 Warsaw,

4.5. Holy Family Specialist Hospital, Independent Public Health Care Centre, A.J. Madalińskiego 25, 02-544 Warsaw,

4.6. Szpital Czerniakowski Sp. z o.o. Stępińska 19/25, 00-739 Warsaw,

To collect mixed municipal waste, a vehicle with HDS is necessary - containers pulled out of the ground and a two-hook lifting system for bottom-up emptying of containers.

Mixed municipal waste is collected in a press container owned by the Ordering Party, due to the fact that it is located in the recess of a technical building in the roofed part of the hospital parking lot, not every vehicle will be able to maneuver there,
