The subject of the order: "Collection and management of municipal waste from the territory of the Niemodlin Commune" is the implementation of the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate within the territory of the Niemodlin Commune, as well as equipping with containers, waste disposal and PSZOK service. The subject of this order has been divided into two parts of the order listed below, each of which may be implemented on the basis of a separate contract: Part I - Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Niemodlin Commune, equipment, waste collection and PSZOK service. Part II - Collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate from the territory of the Niemodlin Commune, as well as equipping with containers and waste disposal. The subject of the contract also includes all works and obligations of the contractor listed in OPZ part I and II and in the model contracts for part I and part II attached to the ToR.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the following areas:

a) collection and use of any quantity (estimated data is presented in the Description of the subject of the order, Part I, Table 2) of municipal waste generated and collected on all real estate located in the Niemodlin Commune, where residents live (permanently and seasonally) along with the substitution of containers for waste, included in Annex 1 to OPZ part I,

b) collection and management of municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) together with the administration of PSZOK and the substitution of waste containers in its area, referred to in paragraph 3 point 3.2 OPZ part I. 3.

A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order, including the location of containers, their number and frequency of export are the following attachments to the ToR:

a) Description of the subject of the order part AND

b) Annex No. 1 to the OPZ part AND

The subject of the contract also includes all works and obligations of the contractor listed in OPZ part I and in the model contract for part And constituting attachments to the ToR.

The subject of this contract is the provision of services in the following areas:

a) Receipt and development of any quantity (estimated data is presented in the Description of the subject of the order, Part II, Table 1) of municipal waste generated and collected: - from containers placed in the budget unit of the Niemodlin commune, organizational units of the Niemodlin commune, - rural clubs and parking lots, - street bins; located in the Niemodlin Commune, listed in Annexes 1,2,3 and 4 to OPZ part II and for the substitution of waste containers on them, with the exception of the bins listed in Annexes 1,2 and 4 to OPZ part II. b) Collection and management of any amount of municipal waste generated: During events organized by the Niemodlin Commune: Niemodlin Days, Communal Harvest Festival, Carp Holiday; As part of the order, removed up to 100 Mg / year of illegal municipal waste storage.
