The subject matter and aim of this call for proposals is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of translation and catering services with up to six contractual partners per lot for the period from 01.09.2022.
Translation of so-called specialist texts- Academic, artistic and scientific publications (exhibition catalogues, specialist articles, non-fiction and manuals)
- Akademie-Publikation Journal der Künste with the following types of texts: interviews, essays, reports, information texts (announcement texts, short biographies, etc.), commentaries, literary texts (poetry, prose), lectures (including obituaries)
- Selected exhibition texts and press releases with technical terms
Translation of so-called utility texts- Texts for press and public relations (press releases, exhibition announcements, event cards, project flyers, Academy Leporello, texts for the website)
- Letters, correspondence, minutes, contracts
Editing of so-called specialist texts- Academic, artistic and scientific publications (exhibition catalogues, specialist contributions, non-fiction and manual books)
- Journal der Künste with the following types of texts: interviews, essays, reports, information texts (announcement texts, short biographies, etc.), commentaries, literary texts (poetry, prose), lectures (including obituaries)
- Selected exhibition texts and press releases with technical terms
- Additional editorial effort: for translation editors, additional research, etc.
Editing of so-called utility texts- Texts for press and public relations (press releases, exhibition announcements, event cards, project flyers, Academy Leporello, texts for the website)
- Letters, correspondence, minutes, contracts
