The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in accordance with the provisions and quality standards set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), implementing regulations to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93, item 623, as amended) for a period of 6 months. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of a contract referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Act of 11 September 2019 "Public Procurement Law" (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act".
