Open telematic procedure of Community importance pursuant to Article 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments.m, with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer on the basis of the best quality / price ratio, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 3 letter a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the assignment of the management service of the municipal nursery "Zigo Zago" located in Castelnuovo Magra (SP) for four school years 2022/2023-2023/2024-2024/2025-2025/2026 - on behalf of the municipality of Castelnuovo Magra (SP) – CIG 927399786C

PROCEDURE APPROVED WITH ASSIGNMENT OF TERMS OF URGENCY PURSUANT TO ART. 60, PARAGRAPH 3 OF D.LGS. 50/2016, OF ART. 8, PARAGRAPH 1 LETTER .C) OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 76/2020 CONVERTED INTO LAW 120/2020 AND AS PER THE DETERMINATION TO CONTRACT NO. 262 OF 14.06.2022 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CASTELNUOVO MAGRA (SP).

The contract concerns the management of the nursery service in the municipal structure located in Via della Pace, in Molicciara called "Zigo Zago".

The structure is suitable to accommodate n. 50 children, aged between 3 and 36 months, residing in the Municipality of Castelnuovo Magra.

The management of the service must guarantee the following activities:

MAIN PERFORMANCE

• design, planning and coordination of educational activities and drafting of the related documentation;

• preparation of the insertion plan;

• design, planning and coordination of educational activities;

• educational and socio-pedagogical activities;

• assistance, supervision and care services, personal hygiene of children;

• participation and social management activities with families;

• design, planning, organization of logistics activities;

• utilities, for which supply contracts must be stipulated on their own;

• cleaning and laundry activities;

• disinfestation and deratization activities;

• supply of all materials, products, equipment and consumer goods necessary for the operation of the services and the performance of all activities, including supplies of linen, clothing for staff, cleaning and sanitizing products, sanitation and pharmaceutical products, teaching materials, etc., including spare diapers;

• safety charges (safety plan and evacuation of the premises, D.P.I., maintenance register, complaints and periodic checks of the plants, etc.);

• drafting of the service charter;

• drafting of the pedagogical project;

• drafting of the organizational/ educational project;

• cooking services (these are the activities of supplying food and preparing meals by personnel with the status of "cook" of the economic operator awarded the contract);

• supply of foodstuffs.

SECONDARY SERVICES (fully sub-substitutable):

• ordinary maintenance of the property including minor repairs

The structure must operate according to the operating standards required by regional legislation, as well as according to the Municipal Regulations of the Nursery.
