1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of software licenses within the Regional Laboratory "Live" laboratories of ICT-inspired innovations in connection with the implementation of works

in the PIONIER-LAB project – National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures

with Innovation Ecosystems, laboratory No. 4.

2. The Contracting Authority shall separate the contract into four independent lots (each part is hereinafter referred to as the "Task"):

Task I - Delivery of software licenses for creating interactive user-oriented content and his reactions,

Task II - Delivery of software licenses for real-time video production,

Task III - Delivery of software licenses allowing to create multimedia virtual and interactive content and applications,

Task IV - Delivery of live video mixing software licenses.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is a price form, i.e. Annex No. 2 / I - 2 / IV to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of two perpetual (lifetime) licenses of software for creating interactive user-oriented content and his reactions. The delivery will be carried out as part of the project "PIONIER-LAB – National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems". Co-financing agreement no. POIR. 04.02.00-30-A005/16-00 from 28 December 2017. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

1. Software for creating interactive user-oriented content and user reactions:

Comprehensive software for rapid content creation and e-learning courses

and extensive user interaction. The software is to be used for commercial applications with the following features and capabilities:

• the ability to create presentations,

• the ability to implement extensive interaction with the user through slide layers

with many types of transitions (layers, triggers, states, variables),

• the ability to add interactions by dragging and dropping,

• image recording,

• adding quizzes,

• adding built-in objects such as buttons, text boxes, selections;

• publishing courses as Flash or HTML5,

• performance tracking and reporting,

• enables software simulation,

• responsiveness - adjusting the player, toolbars for tablets and smartphones,

• compatibility with Windows 10 or newer operating system,

• two perpetual licenses (lifetime).

The subject of the contract is the supply of three perpetual (lifetime) licenses of software for real-time video production. The delivery will be carried out as part of the project "PIONIER-LAB – National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures

1. Real-time video production software:

Soft Mixer - software that allows for extensive support of live production

and streaming. The software is to be used for commercial applications with the following features and capabilities:

• total support for up to 1000 inputs,

• support for up to 1000 Camera/NDI inputs,

• operation in resolutions up to 4096×2160 inclusive,

• support for up to 4 layers/overlays (Overlay Channels),

• independent recording of two streams,

• simultaneous recording and streaming,

• support for video and audio playlists,

• color correction for each input,

• 8 connections – remote guests (8 Callers),

• possibility of repeating from 8 cameras (slow motion),

• the ability to add your own scripts,

• PTZ control,

• 4 wyjścia SRT (Secure Reliable Transport),

• free update of a given version of the software for a period of 12 months,

• compatibility with Windows 10 or newer operating system,

• three perpetual (lifetime) licenses.

1. Software allowing to create multimedia virtual and interactive content and applications:

Software for creating multimedia, virtual and interactive applications

in 360° technology. The software is to be used for commercial applications with the following features and capabilities:

• support for operation in 360° technology,

• combining images in panoramas with automatic edge detection,

• operation with the use of templates (Layout),

• Live Panorama,

• integration of audio and video materials into the created content,

• publishing virtual tours on the Internet,

• compatibility with Windows 10 or newer operating system,

• one perpetual (lifetime) license.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of one perpetual (lifetime) license of live video mixing software. Live video mixing software - possibilities related to mixing live music videos and creating visualizations. The software is intended for commercial use

with the following properties and capabilities:

• control via MIDI, DMX and OSC,

• simultaneous support for audio and video (audiovisual) effects,

• video mapping function (mapping projections on any surface),

• synchronization of lights with visualizations thanks to DMX output,

• real-time rendering,

• support for input signals (SDI, HDMI),

• support for video and audio files,

• free update of a given version of the software for a period of 12 months,

• compatibility with Windows 10 or newer operating system,

• one perpetual (lifetime) license.
