Construction and maintenance of the main building-Sanitary repair of locks 1-5
-In rooms adjacent to locks, repair of walls overlapping with locks.
-Main building service corridor flooring replacement.
-Deep cleaning/tidying up of the floors of the main building.
Sanitary repair of the steps of the song archThe customer wants the contractor to carry out a thorough inspection of the steps to find cracks and other defects.
The contractor must eliminate the deficiencies found in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
The contractor is obliged to carry out the work in such a way that an external look similar to the steps is restored, and the steps should not remain slippery.
Other damage caused during the work must be eliminated.

Restoration of the floor of the Song Festival Grounds Mere TOILET.The customer wants to improve the flooring material of mere toilet, so that instead of the existing concrete, a more suitable and better maintained covering material is installed in the given conditions.
The contractor must clean the existing floor.
The contractor is obliged to carry out moisture barrier work.
Other damage caused during the work must be eliminated and a major cleaning after repair must be carried out in the room.
