The subject of the contract is to perform ongoing cleanliness, including maintaining proper order, sanitary and aesthetic condition of the parts intended for shared use by residents of building properties owned by the Employer and the adjacent external surface located in Szczecin at ul. Ostrowska 3.5,5a, 6,8,9,9a, 10, ul. Żupańskiego 12.12a, 12b, 12c, ul. Kościelna 12a, 12b, 12c, ul. Golisza 2.2a, 2b, 2c, 4.4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, ul. Pocztowa 27a, 27b, 27c, 28, ul. B. Śmiałego 12.12a, 13.14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 16 and ul. Ks. P. Ściegiennego 58.58a, 58b, 59, with usable floor space of premises: 34,930.99 m2; external area 28 148.54 m2.
