The subject of the contract is the execution of a construction and executive design of a floating photovoltaic farm with a capacity of not less than 7.0 MWp together with a connection line to the existing power grid, containing all the required consents and arrangements necessary for the implementation of the investment located in Nadole, Gniewino commune, Wejherowo poviat, Pomorskie province.

3. The contracting authority shall require the contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known.

4. It is allowed to use materials or solutions guaranteeing the provision of services in accordance with the documentation making up the description of the subject of the contract. The materials and absolute solutions used in the project documentation require the approval of the Network Enterprise (Polenergia Dystrybucja).
