1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of pharmaceutical products to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, according to the quantity and type list specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Specification of Terms and Conditions of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Reference", on the terms and conditions specified in the draft provisions of the agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference.

2. The goods offered must be new and unused.

3. The Ordering Party authorizes the offer of pharmaceutical products equivalent. A product containing the same active substance, at the same dosage, having the same indications for use and the same pharmaceutical form shall be considered an equivalent product.

4. Delivery of the object of the order together with transport and unloading will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
