The construction work includes the completion of Sompasaari, Lot 3, in accordance with the tender specifications with all work and procurement completed. The contract includes, among other things, the complete completion of the streets, beach structures and technical maintenance of Sompasaari.

The form of a contract is a general contract where the contractor selected for the job acts as the main contractor in the role of general contractor within the meaning of YSE and legislation. The contractor is responsible for site management and site services. The project will be implemented as a joint municipal engineering site. The tenderer offering the most economically advantageous tender shall be selected as the contractor. The most economically advantageous tender is the tender which is the cheapest of the tenders which meet the eligibility criteria set by the developer.
