The purpose of this service contract is to collect, process and make available data from vehicles traveling on the road in order to improve the knowledge of user behavior.

The purpose of this service contract is to collect, process and make available data from vehicles traveling on the road in order to improve the knowledge of user behavior.

The network concerned is the Walloon regional network (structuring and non-structuring network) as well as the municipal roads.

The data must come from vehicles on the road and no fixed or mobile sensors or GPS or GSM.

Data from vehicles must be anonymised at source before being transmitted to the contracting authority; no data can therefore have a personal character.

The service provider is responsible for:

To collect, anonymize, store and analyze, using algorithms, various instantaneous data from the vehicles,

- to provide agents of the contracting authority with a simple and user-friendly visualization and analysis tool enabling it to carry out studies autonomously,

- to carry out the case studies and to provide, at regular intervals, maps and files illustrating the results of the studies (see 1. of the "3 e part: technical clauses "),

- to carry out, at the request of the contracting authority, specific studies (see 2 of the "3 e part technical clauses "),

- to provide hosting and maintenance of the visualization and analysis tool,

- constantly improve the analysis algorithms,

- to train the agents of the contracting authority in charge of the use of this tool.
