The City of Helsinki's Construction Services Enterprise (Stara) requests your tender for passenger cars in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendix to the invitation to tender (Appendix 2). The estimated purchase volume of passenger cars is approximately 50 units. The offer can be made on one or both points, as well as on several different makes and models of cars that meet the requirements of the invitation to tender.
