Description:
Purchase of two electric buses for public transport

I. Subject of the order

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 new zero-emission buses with a length of 8.5 - 9.5 m.

II. Scope of the contract

The Contractor together with the buses shall provide the Contracting Authority with:

1) documents required by current regulations enabling buses to be put into service as a means of public transport and road traffic in Polish;

2) technical documentation concerning delivered buses:

a) manual for drivers (in English) minimum 1 pc. /vehicle,

b) repair book (in Polish) in electronic form,

c) the catalogue of spare parts (in Polish) in electronic form,

d) diagrams of electrical, pneumatic and cooling systems in Polish in electronic form,

(e) technical and operational documentation in Polish.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the annex to the SWZ

I. Subject of the order

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 new zero-emission buses with a length of 8.5 - 9.5 m.

The offered buses must meet the following requirements:

1. a. Polish regulations on the admission of vehicles to traffic, contained in Section III of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988) and meet the technical conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022),

b. have a valid approval certificate with attachments of the vehicle type offered issued by the competent minister; The contracting authority requires that the approval certificate meets the requirements of UNECE Regulation No. 107 - uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles of category M2 or M3 with regard to their general construction (OJ L. 2015.153.1 of 18.06.2015), concerning vehicles used for the carriage of passengers and having more than eight seats in addition to the driver's seat, for a vehicle of class c. type-approval of a vehicle with regard to the burning behaviour of materials used in the interior structure of certain categories motor vehicles (approval granted in accordance with United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UN/ECE) Regulation No 118 - Uniform technical requirements concerning the burning behaviour of materials used in the interior construction of certain categories of motor vehicles (OJ L.10.177.263 of 10 July 2010, as amended),

d. type-approval of a vehicle with regard to the strength of the supporting structure - approval granted in accordance with Regulation No 66 of the Economic Commission for Europe of the United Nations (UN/ECE) - Uniform provisions concerning the approval of large passenger vehicles with regard to the strength of their supporting structure (OJ L.2011.84.1 of 30 March 2011, as amended),

2. The contracting authority requires that the share of products subject to these proceedings, originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply by virtue of the Council decision, is greater than 50% (in terms of value).

3. The contracting authority informs that pursuant to Article 393(1)(4) of the PPL, it will reject a bid in which the share of products originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply pursuant to the Council decision, does not exceed 50%.

II. Scope of the contract

The Contractor together with the buses shall provide the Contracting Authority with:

2) technical documentation concerning delivered buses:

a) manual for drivers (in English) minimum 1 pc. /vehicle,

(e) technical and operational documentation in Polish.
