The place of successive supply of electricity and generated surplus electricity from the RES installation is the headquarters of the 21st Military Health Resort and Rehabilitation Hospital SP ZOZ in Busko-Zdrój, 8 Rzewuskiego Street.

1. Electricity should meet technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and in the implementing acts issued on its basis. 2. The forecast annual volume of electricity supply shall be 700 MWh. 3. Ordered contractual capacity 230 kW. Four-zone settlement tariff C24. Connection group IV. Connection power 630 kW. 4. Quality parameters: 1) Rated voltage 0.4 kV; 2) Tg φ = 0.4. 5. Semi-indirect measuring system (0,4 kV) owned by the distribution system operator (DSO). 6. Property demarcation: current terminals on current transformers n.n. from the power supply side in the switchboard n.n. trafo station 15/04 kV located on the premises of the Ordering Party. 7. All measurement and billing systems of the Ordering Party are adapted to the TPA service. 8. The projected electricity consumption in the four-zone tariff C24 is indicative based on the current quantity and will be used to compare offers. 9. Settlement for the sold electricity will be based on measurement and settlement indications. 10. The supply of electricity should take place in accordance with applicable law, in particular under the conditions specified by the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law, implementing regulations to this Act (in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2 July 2007 on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trading). 11. The Ordering Party informs that it has contracts for: 1) distribution of electricity concluded for an indefinite period; 2) delivery (purchase) of electricity concluded for a definite period of time, i.e. until 31.12.2022; 3) receiving energy from RES and performing the function of POB concluded for a definite period of time, i.e. until 31.12.2022 with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. 8-go Marca 6, 35-959 Rzeszów, branch with its registered office in Skarżysko-Kamienna Al. Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 51, 26-110 Skarżysko-Kamienna. 12. The Contractor applying for the award of the contract should have a contract with the Distribution System Operator enabling the sale of electricity via the DSO distribution network to the Ordering Party's facilities. 13. The Contractor undertakes to act as an entity responsible for commercial balancing for electricity sold under a future contract on the basis of a standard consumption profile with contractual capacity specified in the SWZ and in the price of electricity specified in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to SWZ. 14. The Ordering Party informs that the procedure of changing the seller will take place once again. 15. The Ordering Party in the contract with the current seller has no provisions regarding any promotions. 16. The Ordering Party declares that: 1) it has a legal title to use the facility located at 8 Rzewuskiego Street in Busko-Zdrój, to which the purchased electricity is to be supplied; 2) is entered in the register of electricity generators kept by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office; 3) electricity purchased from the Contractor will be consumed for its own needs. 17. Sale of surplus electricity generated in the Ordering Party's RES installation: 1) The Contractor will be obliged, together with signing the contract for the sale of electricity (energy consumption for own needs), to sign an additional contract for the sale of electricity produced from the Ordering Party's photovoltaic installation; 2) the amount of surplus electricity generated in the Ordering Party's RES installation in the last 12 months amounted to 2.1 MWh.
