The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 2 tenderers within each profession for the following roles:

Architect

- Graduate in architecture (ARK including BIM-ko).

- Landscape architect (LARK)

Building engineering disciplines

- Consultant engineer, construction work (RIB including ByFy).

- Consultant fire engineer (RIBr)

- Consultant engineer for HVAC including sanitary installations (RIV)

- Consultant electrical engineer (RIE)

- Consulting engineer Water and Sewage (RIVA)

- Consultant Sound and Acoustics Engineer (RIAku)

- Environmental Consultant (RM)

Other disciplines

- Consulting engineer road planning (RIVei)

- Consultant Geologist Engineer (RIG)

- ITB-coordinator (ITB)

- Project administration, including;

-- Project Manager

-- Engineering Design Manager

-- Construction Manager

-- Technical construction manager

-- SHE Coordinator

Tenders cab be submitted for parts of the assignment. However, it is not possible to offer personnel from sub-providers.

The framework agreements can be used, amongst other things, for projects such as:

- Alteration and renovation of Resahaugen School, Jørpeland Secondary School, and Tau Secondary School.

- Co-location of administrative functions in the municipality.

- Planning a new secondary school at Hjelmeland.

- Investment projects for upgrading municipal buildings, roads, and installations.
