Description:

Imperial College seeks the purchase of an integrated confocal laser Raman microscope combined with an AFM on the same platform (no transfer of sample from one platform to another to commute from one measurement type to another), with Diffraction limited resolution of the confocal mode, the confocal system must allow for Raman mapping of the sample in plane, Microscope objectives: 10x, 50x and 100x high NA, in air (no oil immersion), andAtomic resolution for the AFM mode (the system must be able to measure atomic steps on a sample). The lateral resolution must be better than 30nm.
