The subject of the contract is the delivery of a distributed router to the contracting authority's headquarters, which will be an element of the laboratory for the study of innovative network technologies under the project "PIONIER-LAB - National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures

with Innovation Ecosystems'. A distributed router is understood by the contracting authority as a router with a complex structure, the elements of which may be physically or logically dispersed, constituting a coherent solution allowing for the implementation of switching and analysis of network traffic in accordance with the detailed requirements concerning the subject of the contract specified in Part IV of the Terms of Reference. A distributed router can include independent systems from different vendors, provided that the required functionality is maintained. The Contracting Authority does not allow the subject of the contract to be performed in the form of a service

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a distributed router to the contracting authority's headquarters, which will be an element of the laboratory for the study of innovative network technologies under the project "PIONIER-LAB - National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures

with Innovation Ecosystems'. A distributed router is understood by the contracting authority as a router with a complex structure, the elements of which may be physically or logically dispersed, constituting a coherent solution allowing for the implementation of switching and analysis of network traffic in accordance with the detailed requirements concerning the subject of the contract specified in Part IV of the Terms of Reference. A distributed router can include independent systems from different vendors, provided that the required functionality is maintained. The Contracting Authority does not allow the subject of the contract to be performed in the form of a service.

2. Detailed requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract, constituting an integral part of the description of the subject matter of the contract, are included in Part IV of the Terms of Reference Detailed requirements for the subject of the contract.

3. The Contractor is obliged to provide the contracting authority with a quality guarantee and is obliged to perform the services resulting from it. The warranty requirements are set out in Parts III and IV of the Terms of Reference.

4. The delivered item of the order must be brand new, not exhibited at exhibitions, complete and in good technical condition. The statement "brand new" should be understood as the subject of the order originally packed, unused before the date of delivery,

excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of its correct operation after manufacture.

5. The subject of the contract must be free from any physical and legal defects and third party claims.

6. The subject of the contract delivered must come from the distribution channel of the manufacturer not excluding distribution to the Polish market and ensuring the exercise of warranty rights.

7. The subject of the contract must be delivered to the ordering party together with user manuals, controllers and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the subject of the contract (obtaining full functionality indicated in Part IV of the Terms of Reference). The Contracting Authority may not be obliged to pay any additional fees, in particular licence fees, and the necessary licences shall be granted as part of the contractor's remuneration, without any time or territorial limitation, unless otherwise expressly stated in Part IV of the Terms of Reference. If licenses, codes, or other entitlements are required to run and use this software, they must be provided at no additional charge. Codes, licenses, and other entitlements must also be provided if necessary to run, use, or configure the hardware.

8. The supply item of the order intended for power supply from the power grid must be equipped with an appropriate number of power cables allowing it to be connected to standard power outlets unless otherwise stated in Part IV SWZ.

9. On the day of making the offer, the offered subject of the order may not be intended by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale.
