1. The subject of the order is the wholesale, gradual supply of liquid fuels, i.e.

- diesel

- Pb-95 unleaded petrol and Pb-98 unleaded petrol

for SPSPRiTS, ul. Starowiejska 23 in Zamość, for a period of 12 months.

2. Place of delivery and estimated fuel needs:

a) Company Fuel Station at SPSPRiTS in Zamość:

- diesel oil (summer and winter) - approx. 770,000 liters (770 m 3 )

- Pb-95 unleaded petrol - approx. 230,000 liters (230 m 3 )

- Pb-98 unleaded petrol - approx. 13,000 liters (13 m 3 ).

b) District Ambulance and Sanitary Transport Station ul. Bartoszewski's "Wira" 3 in Biłgoraj:

- diesel oil (summer and winter) - approx. 30,000 liters (30 m 3 ).

3) The subject of the order has been divided into two lots, i.e.

Part No. 1 - Diesel fuel supply - approx. 800,000 liters,

Part 2 - Delivery: Pb-95 unleaded petrol - approx. 230,000 liters,

Unleaded Pb-98 gasoline - approx. 13,000 liters.

The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil (summer and winter) to:

1) SPSPRiTS Company Fuel Station, ul. Starowiejska 23 in Zamość - approx. 770,000 liters,

2) District Ambulance and Sanitary Transport Station, ul. Bartoszewski's "Wira" 3 in Biłgoraj

- approx. 30,000 liters

The subject of the order is the delivery of unleaded petrol Pb-95 approx. 230,000 liters and unleaded gasoline Pb-98

approx. 13,000 liters to the SPSPRiTS Company Fuel Station ul. Starowiejska 23 in Zamosc.
