An offer for property management can also be submitted without the Leppävirta Municipality section.

The offer shall show the total price per item per activity, broken down by VAT 0%.

In addition, hourly rate for additional work VAT 0%.

The contract period is three (3) years + option two (2) years. Start no later than 1 August 2021. The contract will continue after three (3) years for the next two (2) years if the contract is not terminated at least one (1) month before the end of the three (3) year contract period.
