The subject of the contract is the service of printing, copying and scanning documents using the integrated print management system with the service, including multifunction devices indicated in Annex 1 to the PPU and support for the MyQ print management system (currently installed version: Government Edition 8.2). Other conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the service of printing, copying and scanning documents using the integrated print management system with the service, including multifunctional devices indicated in Annex 1 to the PPU and support for the MyQ print management system (currently installed version: Government Edition 8.2). Other conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
2. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the ordering party.
3. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL
4. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing maintenance work on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended). The detailed method of verification of employment and the rights of the Contracting Authority in the scope of control of compliance with the requirements related to the employment of persons are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
5. Deadline for performance of the subject of the contract: 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, with the proviso that the term of the contract may not start earlier than from 24 September 2023. Due to the public procurement procedure, if the contract is concluded after the above-mentioned date, it will be valid for a period of 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
