The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788 as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of breeding and protection forest, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as hunting and nursery management, to be carried out in the Iława Forest District in 2020. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, and hunting management and nursery resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR.
