The City of Heinola is requesting an offer for HVAC supplies for framework contracts on the basis of tenders.
The contract period is a period of one year (1), after which it is possible to extend the contract by separate contracts for three (3) years.
The acquisition is the acquisition of various HVAC supplies to meet the needs of various units of the city of Heinola.
Under the agreements, acquisitions can be made by all industries in the city of Heinola, as well as Heinolan Rentals Oy, wholly owned by the city.
The subscriber does not commit to the purchase amounts.
The subscriber does not place the framework contracting partners in order of preference, but procurement can be made from whom but from the contract supplier.
The subscriber enters into a framework agreement with up to five bidders.
