Tartu Municipality Government will buy electricity to the consolidation group of Tartu municipality in 2022-2024. The consolidation group is formed by the Tartu Municipality Government together with the managed institutions and the 2 foundations established by the municipality of Tartu and 2 limited liability companies belonging to Tartu Municipality. The framework contract is awarded with the four lowest cost tenderers and the contracts awarded under the framework contract are fixed and the Tartu Municipality Authority organises a mini competition between the parties to the framework agreement for the award of each new public contract. If the tender submits fewer than 4 tenderers, a framework contract with a smaller number of parties shall be awarded. The first contract shall be awarded to the tenderer who has made the lowest cost when the 2022 framework contract is awarded. Subsequent goose-treats, 2023, etc., are valid for 12 months. The appendix to the procurement documents includes consumptions according to the self-service extracts of the electric levi. The annual consumption of the consolidation group is ca 23 069 567 kWh per year.
