The Department of National Defence, Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) has a requirement for the provision and delivery of bulk diesel fuel to the International Peacekeeping and Security Centre in Yavoriv, Ukraine on an if and when required basis.

The contractor must provide bulk diesel fuel in an amount not lower than 4000 L and not to exceed 15 000 L per delivery.
