The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, mechanical soil preparation for performance in the Kobiór Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of mechanical wood soil preparation, from Annex 2 to the SWZ

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions; Appendix No. 3.2.Description of the standard of forestry work technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Katowice, adopted by Decision No. 70 of the Regional Director of State Forests of 24.10.2022 on the amendment of Decision No. 62 of the Regional Director of State Forests in Katowice of 21.09.2022 on the introduction of the regional "Description of the technology standard for forest work" in the forest districts of the RDSF in Katowice. A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.
