In the Pinneberg Regio Clinics, after the expansion has been completed by adding a new building, the functional areas adjacent to the existing building will be based on the new usage concept on the ground floor E 00 (central emergency room, X-ray department, economic access), on the 1st floor E 01 (auxiliary functions operating theater area, AOP area ) as well as on the 2nd floor E 02 (only technical center ventilation).

The work is mainly carried out on the ground and first floors (levels 00 and 01). These are mainly services in the interior of the building that involve restructuring the floor plans.

Only a few construction works are necessary in the basement (level -01). These are spatially limited measures, e.g. B. for the production of load distribution beams, support measures or ceiling openings for technical installations.

The technical center (level 02) already exists in its structural shell. Only a few works are carried out here.

Walls:

- 250 m 2nd - Q2 filling;

- 3,000 m 2nd - Primer, glass fiber primed, intermediate top coat NAK 2;

- 400 m 2nd - allowance NAK 1.

Cover:

- 100 m 2nd - NAK 2 concrete and plaster surfaces;

- 1 400 m 2nd - primer, NAK 2 coating;

- 200 m 2nd - perforated ceilings NAK 2 coating;

- 800 m - Friezes NAK 2;

- 70 m 2nd - intermediate and final coat NAK 1;

- 25 m 2nd - glass fiber fleece;

- 160 m - Friezes NAK 1;

- 115 pcs.

Painting work:

- 102 pieces - door frames;

- 5 pieces - smooth door leaves;

- 22 m - banisters;

- 250 m - heating pipe;

- 20 pcs. - extinguishing boxes.

Floor coating:

- 100 m 2nd - Floor coating highly resilient;

- 60 m fillet;

- 20 m 2nd Base coating.
