New ways Kreis Bergstrasse - municipal job center, a licensed local authority according to the social code second book (SGB II), plans to set up a flexible, comprehensive offer for the individual support in the activation, motivation and placement of employable beneficiaries under the age of 25 to the Bensheim and Lampertheim locations, each with 15 places.

The aim is to mediate the group of participants mentioned under B.1.2 into gainful employment on the first job market or into an apprenticeship through accompanying, individual and needs-based help and advice on the integration process. Partial and cross-sectional goals are the creation of training abilities and to enable young people to orientate themselves independently on the job market.
