The basic services of Lph. 2-9 of the performance picture object planning building u. Interiors, § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI iVm Anl. 10 No. 10.1, as special achievements the participation u. Billing of the funds (creation of the proof of use), the preparation of the fire protection concept, the monitoring of the elimination of defects in Lph. 9 as well as the relocation planning (inventory, planning, tendering and participation in the awarding, monitoring) of the building to be renovated in interim container and back to the refurbished building. The elevator planning should also be carried out by the responsible planning office. Furthermore, optionally planning u. Monitoring of the interim containers to be set up for the specialist rooms commissioned (Leistungsbild Objektplanung u. Innenräume Lph. 1-9).



The classroom of the Gymnasium in Röthenbach an der Pegnitz (created in 1974) is to be completely refurbished. The existing building has a gross floor area of 5,382 m 2 , due to an increased space requirement, a partial demolition of the ground-floor cultivation with 875 m may also be possible 2 Gross floor area and a replacement building with 1 237 m 2 Create gross floor area. An eligible educational room book exists, in connection with the general renovation, the necessary requirements for fire protection and accessibility are to be established, the aim is also to improve thermal insulation. A new pedagogical spatial concept is to be realized (clusters and open learning landscapes).

A preliminary planning has already been carried out, but the results of the preliminary planning are not binding. For this reason, the service phase 2 is also commissioned in the course of the planning contract. According to the current cost estimate, the project costs (cost groups 200-700) are at a gross amount of 13,744,000.00 EUR.

It is necessary to relocate 6 specialist classes of the Gymnasium, including the ancillary rooms, in interim containers. Interim containers are already available for the pure classrooms. However, the creation of interim containers for the specialist rooms is optionally to be managed by the architect. A ground-based school container system in modular construction is to be erected on the pause court, including the residue-free dismantling of the entire facility after the end of the general refurbishment of the class tract. The total costs for the classroom outsourcing are estimated at approx. 600 000, - EUR. In the framework of the negotiation discussion it will be jointly developed which basic services are actually necessary for the processing.

It is particularly important for the client that the "Guidelines for Safety in the Classroom" (RISU) are complied with. The architect has to pay particular attention to this. The requirements of the KUVB (Kommunale Unfallversicherung Bayern) go beyond the "normal" requirements.

Furthermore, it is particularly important to the client to manage and present the construction diary. Section 8.5 of the ZVB stipulates that the construction diary must be kept in accordance with the guidelines issued for state building measures and submitted fortnightly to the client. The construction diary is to be handed over after completion of the construction work.

The client wishes to have a work day guide of the construction diary.

By mid-December 2019, the draft design (Lph. 3) is to be completed. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2020, and the relocation to the refurbished building will take place before the beginning of the school year 2022.

The basic services of phases 2-9 of the picture of services for building planning and interior design, section 34 (3) of the HOAI in conjunction with Anl. 10 No. 10.1, furthermore as special services the participation and accounting of the funds (creation of the proof of use), the creation of the fire protection concept, the monitoring of the elimination of defects in service phase 9 and the relocation planning (inventory, planning, tendering and participation in the award, monitoring ) from the building to be renovated in interim containers and back to the refurbished building. The elevator planning should also be carried out by the responsible planning office.

In addition, the planning and monitoring of the interim containers to be installed for the specialist rooms is commissioned as an option (Performance Model Object Planning and Interiors, Lph. 1-9).
